Our center
The space where it all happens: the talks, the groups and the conversations you don’t have anywhere else. A place designed for talking with calm — no white coats, no cold offices.
This is what it looks like inside.
We work with institutions
that believe in the same things we do.
Institutions and organizations that support our mission.

The Charlas Adictivas center, in Madrid
Addiction Therapy
Individual and group treatment for alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, benzodiazepine and behavioural addictions. We work on the root of the addiction with a personalised plan, combining in-person sessions in Madrid with online support to sustain recovery in everyday life.
Mental Health
Integrated psychological and psychiatric care: assessment, follow-up and support for anxiety, depression and other difficulties that often accompany addiction. Therapists and psychiatrists work in close coordination so the process moves forward aligned and coherent at every stage.
Family Support
Addiction runs through the family too. We offer guidance and sessions for relatives and partners: understanding what is happening, setting healthy boundaries, communicating better and supporting recovery without carrying it alone. Always with complete confidentiality and discretion.
The Team
Behind the Work
Our team supports each process from start to finish, working together to provide steady, coordinated care. Each member brings distinct experience and perspective, but our strength lies in how we operate as a unit: adaptable, collaborative, and deeply committed to your recovery.

Who We Help.
We help people living with addiction — alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, benzodiazepines or behavioural addictions — and those who feel something is slipping out of control, even if they can’t yet put a name to it. The starting point doesn’t matter: taking the next step does.
We also work with people who have been through treatment or an admission and need to sustain recovery in everyday life: structure, support and a community that understands what is happening, so the return to routine doesn’t happen alone.
And we support the families and partners who hold the process together: guidance to understand addiction, set healthy boundaries and look after themselves while caring. Every plan is personalised and adjusted as life changes, always with complete confidentiality and discretion.
